Seeing is believing!! The Snooper Loan Program provides a cost effective means for Masters swimmers to see what they are doing as well as what they should be doing. Tremendous improvement is possible with this type of visual feedback. This is it must for coaches and swimmers alike!

The Snooper Camera was developed by Marty Hull. It is a portable, submersible color video camera lens (a reversed periscope) that can be connected to any "video input" camcorder, VCR, or television. The Snooper Camera comes with the camera lens, 2 battery packs, a battery re charger, cables and connectors, and a telescopic pole to submerge the camera.

Using the Snooper is a snap! Strap on the battery pack and connect the parts to a camcorder. That's all it takes to be completely mobile Take pictures head on, from behind, from the side, full pool length shots from one spot, and more. Need a better angle? Sun in the wrong location? Just move around. When you are done, set up the VCR and television, and watch what you are doing right and what needs improvement.

Because the Snooper may be too expensive for many USMS clubs, the USMS Coaches Committee offers the Snooper Loan Program to any USMS member. Priority is given to USMS Coaching Clinics.

Reserving your Snooper is easy. Follow these steps:

1. Print and complete the application form. If you can not view Adobe Acrobat files, call R.A. "Mitch" Mitchell at 480-365-0037 to receive a copy of the form.
2. Send the application form to Mitch Mitchell along with a $75 rental and a $250 security deposit.
3. If approved, the equipment will be sent to you when you request it. Typical rental periods are 2-3 weeks, although longer periods are possible if there are no conflicts with other requests.
4. When you return the equipment in a satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be returned to your group.
